Solve Campus Relationship Issues

Relational Needs Training

Most administrators would agree that the gateway to an amazing school culture is trust.

But how do we gain trust?

Relationships are the key to any successful life experience, but they are often challenging to cultivate. This workshop is an intensive training that will clearly illustrate what relational needs are, as well as teach attendees how to use this new vocabulary to build stronger connections on campus and in life. Ideal for elementary, middle, or high school staff members; JC Pohl’s campus relationships workshop helps to build trust, open communication, and school culture.

“JC, my staff is still buzzing from the campus relationships workshop. I am so impressed with your insight, delivery, and ability to connect so deeply with a group so quickly.”

John Ashby

Principal, Issac Sowers Middle School

In-Person & Virtual Trainings Available

Professional Development Workshop

Hosted as an on-campus or virtual workshop, JC Pohl’s campus relationships training allows school staff members the opportunity to learn the importance of ten easy to define relational needs, the danger of three personal hinderances that hurt healthy relationships, and the value of being vulnerable in our relationships with others.

Follow Up 60 Day Challenge

It takes about 60 days to create a new habit. So, JC Pohl has developed a daily follow up email campaign for school staff members to receive. Offering 60 days of simple nudges to meet the needs of others, reminders about the power of vulnerability, and reflections on personal development these daily emails help keep school staff focused on building campus relationships.

Book Study Resources

In addition to JC Pohl’s campus relationships workshop, schools can purchase discounted copies of his book, Building Campus Relationships From the Inside Out. This extended programming will help to engage staff as they work through a free 4-week book study that is guaranteed to help build campus relationships and inspire stronger community connections.
