5 Tools To Build School Culture This Summer

What a year! I’m sure you’re exhausted from all your hard work. The school year certainly takes its toll. That doesn’t mean there isn’t important work to be done, but it’s still important to take a second to breathe, and reflect.

So let’s all take a deep breath. (Seriously, join me. It helps.)

Now, let’s take a look back at this year. In hindsight, what aspects of your school culture would you improve? Could you have used any new ways to motivate and support staff? Would you have benefited from a little more creative inspiration?
