Jordan Meyer is a nationally recognized trauma expert and youth speaker who transforms his own powerful story of injury, addiction, and recovery into practical tools that help students understand their brains, build resilience, and take back control of their lives. Blending research with real-life experience, he now serves as TEEN TRUTH’s Best Mental Health Speaker and has been part of the organization since 2024.
Jamar Root

Jamar Root is a dynamic youth speaker whose experiences as a student-athlete, cancer survivor, and young leader fuel his passion for helping students find their voice and navigate life’s pressures. Drawing from challenges he faced throughout middle school, high school, and college, he has been TEEN TRUTH’s #1 youth speaker since 2022, inspiring students to lead with confidence and purpose.
Callie Pohl

Having worked in the healthcare industry since 2009, Callie Pohl joined the TEEN TRUTH team in 2015. She coordinates school events and fields client questions. Born in south Louisiana, Callie’s genuine smile, polite nature and sunny disposition extend her brand of southern hospitality to the TEEN TRUTH client base.
